Angeles City is the former home of Clark Air Base, the largest US Air Force Base outside continental America.

 

This base was shut down in 1991. However, the base favoured the raising of many brothels and men's clubs, turning the city into one of the most popular destinations for international sex tourism in the world.

 

The film focuses on four young people from different regions of the Philippines, currently living in Angeles City.
