Azzurra Giorgio / Founder and Member of the Board


Graduated in Economics for Arts, Culture, Communications in 2005 at Bocconi University in Milan, during her studies she started her professional experience in JEME Bocconi, where she was VP and Head of Communication in 2004, then VP and Head of Communication in JADE Italy (2005-2006). In 2007, she was awarded as Most Engaged Junior Entrepreneur from the European network of Junior Enterprises. She completed her education with a Master of Science in General Management in 2007 at Bocconi University. In 2007 she was member of the Marketing and Communication team of Altran, as responsible for Italy; until 2009 she worked as a business analyst at A.T. Kearney, international management consulting firm. Since the end of 2009, she is CEO of Intervieweb, ICT startup located in the Innovative Incubator of Polytechnic University of Turin.

Stefano Benini / Founder and Member of the board 


With a degree in Business Economics at Bocconi University in Milan in 2005, he received a Master of Science in General Management from the same University in 2008. During the course of his studies, he was first appointed treasurer and then president of JEME Bocconi in 2004, and then president of JADE Italy during 2005-2006. During his university studies, he has had professional experience in China and the United States, where he was able to deepen his knowledge on themes of cooperation, investment and transnational trade. Since completing his studies, he works as a manager for business development and quality systems for one of the leading groups in the environmental sector in Northern Italy.

Andrea Gerosa / Chief Thinker, Founder


Working with and for young people since 2002, andrea started his career at university joining the junior enterprise network.
Today he is the founder of ThinkYoung, a consulting company focused mainly on student housing (
kefren), a series of summer schools for young entrepreneurs (entrepreneurshipschool) and a coworking space for start-ups (tunnel15). Recently andrea has been appointed to the executive board of Rentxpress SA, an agency that enables travellers to rent plug&play accommodation all around the world

Pia Choksi / Project Manager


Born and raised in Belgium, Pia went on to study BSc Economics and Business Economics in Maastricht, the Netherlands. During her studies, she was a tutor for Business Mathematics and Statistics and wrote articles for the student magazine. Moreover, she spent a semester abroad in Montréal, Canada, as part of her Bachelors. Upon returning to Belgium, she contributed to and assisted with the organisation of ThinkYoung’s Entrepreneurship Summer School.

Scott Horner / External Relations

 

From Salford in the UK Scott currently studies Politics and International relations at Aston University, with a specific interest in Parliamentary/Party Politics. Having been actively involved in political activism and local government within the UK. His involvement with Model United Nations has given him experience and engagement with people from different cultures and various backgrounds and has deepened his interest for international institutions.

Nikita Gaur / Media Officer


Born in the UK, Nikita is currently in her second year at Aston University studying English Language. With a huge passion for journalism and social media, Nikita has spent most of her time working for a number of youth magazines, publishing articles and tweeting away. She hopes to do what she loves and add to the social media of ThinkYoung and create a positive impact.

Delila Kidanu / External Relations

 

Born in Sweden, Delila has been studying International Relations and Business at Aston University. She has developed a great interest in travel and the interaction of different cultures. After many years of being actively involved in International Organizations and engaging with young people, Delila now looks forward to addressing policies that directly affect young people within the EU.

Gregor Giannella / Project Manager

 

Originally from Bari (South of Italy), but born and raised in Brussels, he’s pentalingual and considers himself European first of all. Gregor is currently studying a degree in International Business and Management, with a focus on marketing and international management, in the UK. He believes that travelling around the world and opening his mind and soul to new cultures is the best way to really learn about the world we live in. He is eager to develop his social entrepreneurial and philantropic skills as he believes the results for doing something for the less fortunate are always beyond mere calculation.

Charles Howard / Project Manager


Charles studied in London gaining both a degree in Law and Politics from QMUL and an MSc in Human Rights from the LSE. Prior to joining Think Young he interned at the Open Rights Group (ORG), researching International policy developments in relation to privacy concerns, surveillance and freedom of speech/expression. Alongside this he is a regular editorial contributor to the Project for Democratic Union (PDU), a Munich based think-tank, focussing on European human rights related issues.

Criseida Martínez / Media Officer


Born in Valencia, Spain. Criseida has studied Journalism and Audiovisual Communication at the University of Valencia.

During her studies, she did an Erasmus year in Rome, Italy. She has also worked in different areas of journalism in radio and television. 

At Think Young, she will work in the social media and she hopes to learn a lot from this job.

Luca Selva / Advocacy and Campaigns


Luca Selva lives in Brussels since 2005 and has been working for both public and private sectors. Initially, he was employed at the representation office of the Italian Chambers of Commerce, where he got familiar with EU projects and he built up a great portfolio of contacts within the Brussels’ International environment. Successively, in 2007, he moved to the Deloitte Global Tax Center, where he is currently covering the role of Clients & Markets coordinator, acting as business developer and advising more than 100 multinationals on European Tax compliance and consulting related issues.

Ilaria Vitiello / Project Assistant

 

Born in Torre del Greco, Naples, Ilaria is the last italian girl to join the ThinkYoung team. After a bachelor in European Languages and a degree in Journalism and Communication, now it’s time for her to put in practice all her knowledges and demonstrate her strong attitude at team working. Bristol, Biarritz, Genoa, and now Brussels. These are the cities in which Ilaria lived for her studies and working expreriences. 

ThinkYoung multicultural environment, Brussels international atmosphere are the perfect combination to be fulfilled and achive her personal ambitions.

Anne Witzke / Project Assistant

 

After finishing her European Master Programme in Germany Anne wants to extend her skills and

experience in the field of project management in working with ThinkYoung. She worked before as well with young people and entrepreneurs and loved to support them in getting their project started. So to continue that work, ThinkYoung is a good place to be.

Sophia So / Project Manager EU-Asia Programme


Sophia So is a Hong Kong-born Chinese who knows Cantonese, Mandarin and Taiwanese. After graduated from Y.W.C.A Hioe Tjo Yoeng College and Heng Seng School of Commerce, she went to study Business and Law in the University of Hong Kong in 2010. She found great fun in her internship with Business & Society Belgium in Brussels in 2012. In 2013, she joined the team of ThinkYoung with a mission to bring more brilliant minds together and make real changes.

Monga Yan / Project Manager EU-Asia Programme


Monga Yan was born in Yongchun, Quanzhou in mainland China. In 2012, she finished her high school in Xiamen Foreign language school and went to study Economics and Finance in The University of Hong Kong with Lee Shaw Kee scholarship. She has been travelling alone to a lot of places with her big smile face. She strongly believe that travelling expands her life. As one of the thousands brilliant young brains in China, she is inspired by Think Young and exerting her effort to get more people involved.

Loretta Lo Pak Sin / Project Manager EU-Asia Programme

 

Loretta Lo is currently a Year 3 student studying Bachelor of Arts (Literary Studies) and Bachelor of Laws at the University of Hong Kong. Her internship at ThinkYoung Brussels office in July 2014 was truly rewarding, and encouraged her to join the team again in organising the highlight event - Entrepreneurship Winter School, bringing together youth from across the world to realise their business dreams.
