This movie depicts the political involvement and opinions of four young people in the first EU Elections in 2014.

Ian is the leader of the Yorkshire division of the English Defense League, a right wing movement advocating for England to leave the EU and for the expulsion of all the illegal immigrants.

The film follows the EDL march against the Roma settlements in the village of Hexthorpe, organized on july the 19th, 2014.

Marco is 33 years old. He devoted his life to advocating for the European dream. Although his profile and experience seemed perfect for making the ideal Mep, he did not have the opportunity to run for the European Election. Marco keeps working hard, believing he will eventually get his chance to represent Italy in Brussels.

Estelle is a political refugee. She has been in France for three years and is currently not allowed to leave the Country. She does not hold the right to vote, and has never hold it even in Russia and Africa, where she grew up.

Migrants currently living in the EU do not have the right to vote, but Estelle doesn’t want it: she does not believe in politics.

Clementine is 27 and never expressed her right to vote by choice. With the help of their friends, she and her husband move to a new apartment. None of them ever voted. European Politics seems far away from their daily life, they do not get involved and remain indifferent to political developments.
